Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and RS Recruiting Blueprint (Robinson & Sheppard) ("RS Recruiting," "we," "us," "our") covering your use of rsrecruitingblueprint.com, the Command Center, the Reality Check, The Recruiting Accelerator, and every related tool, page, email, or service we operate (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, creating an account, submitting a form or chat conversation, or paying for a program, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.

If you are a parent or guardian setting up access for a player under 18, you accept these Terms for yourself and on the player's behalf, and you confirm you have the authority to do so.

RS Recruiting Blueprint is a college baseball recruiting evaluation and guidance business founded by Marteese Robinson and John Sheppard. Our operating email is info@rsrecruitingblueprint.com — use it for any question, request, or formal notice under these Terms.

The Services currently include:

• The Reality Check — a one-time $497 evaluation of where a player stands, what college level realistically fits, and the next steps in order, delivered as a written Blueprint and a 90-day plan.
• The Command Center — a subscription recruiting platform holding the player profile, measurables, target school list, coach outreach tracking, video, deadlines, readiness scoring and next actions. $49 per month or $497 per year.
• The Recruiting Accelerator — a $1,997 one-time guided program with Marteese Robinson and John Sheppard, including 12 months of Command Center access.
• Free reference material: guides, benchmarks, the college and coach directories, blog and podcast content.
• The RS Recruiting Assistant and the AI Recruiting Advisor — automated tools that answer recruiting questions from approved RS material.
• Portal access for families, players, coaches and partner organizations where those accounts exist.

We can add, change, or retire parts of the Services as the business develops. We will not remove a capability you have already paid for during the period you paid for without a reasonable substitute or an adjustment to your account.

Our whole pitch is honesty, so we will not promise results we cannot control.

• We do not guarantee college recruitment, roster spots, playing time, admission, academic eligibility, scholarship or grant amounts, draft selection, or any other specific outcome.
• We are not a college or university, an NCAA compliance office, an academic advisor, an attorney, or a financial advisor. Nothing we send is legal, academic, or compliance advice.
• NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA rules change. Verify eligibility, recruiting-calendar, and scholarship rules with the school or governing body before you act on them.
• A school, coach, or organization in our directories is not an endorsement of RS Recruiting, and listing a school does not mean the school has approved or evaluated a player.

No statement from us, our staff, our website, or our AI tools creates a guarantee of any result.

• Give us accurate, current information. Recruiting guidance built on wrong facts is worth nothing.
• Keep your login private. Do not share credentials; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Portal access is tied to the email on the account. If you lose access, write to us from that address so we can verify you.
• Family and player access is created and invited by an adult in the family. Invitations are sent only when a staff member or family member triggers them.
• Staff, advisor, coach, and partner accounts each have their own permissions, and nobody may try to exceed them.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or that puts a family's records at risk.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full card numbers on our own servers.
• Command Center Monthly renews automatically every month until you cancel. Command Center Annual renews every year unless canceled beforehand.
• Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues through the end of the period already paid for.
• You can cancel, update your card, and download invoices from the billing portal on your account page, or by emailing us.
• The Recruiting Accelerator is a one-time program fee. The session schedule and fulfillment details are confirmed with you at enrollment.
• If a charge looks wrong, or you believe you were billed in error or twice, email info@rsrecruitingblueprint.com and we will look into it.

Prices can change. A change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Reality Check and Recruiting Accelerator sessions are booked through our scheduling system. If you need to reschedule, tell us as early as you can so the time can be released or given to another family. If illness, an emergency, or something outside our control affects us, we will reschedule and offer a reasonable alternative time.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content, directories, benchmarks, reports, or software.
• Submit unlawful or harmful material, or another person's personal information without their permission.
• Try to reach another family's records, guess or test credentials, or interfere with security or access controls.
• Use the Services to spam, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your relationship with a school, conference, or organization.
• Automate the Assistant or the AI Advisor to harvest data, overload the site, or generate bulk outreach.
• Reuse our materials as your own marketing without written permission.

You keep ownership of the profile details, video links, notes, measurables, and messages you or your player submit.

You give us permission to store and use that content to run the Services: to build your report, show your player profile, track coach conversations, send the invites and reminders you ask for, and let assigned RS staff see your record.

You confirm you have the right to submit what you send us, and that for a minor player a parent or guardian has approved it. You can ask us to correct or remove this content at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

The Services help families organize and send recruiting outreach. You are responsible for the messages sent from your account and for making sure the contact details you enter belong to people you genuinely intend to contact.

Marketing and program emails include a way to opt out. Transactional messages — receipts, portal invitations, reports, security notices — continue while your account is active, because the Services do not work without them.

The RS Recruiting Assistant and the AI Recruiting Advisor answer from approved RS Recruiting material and from the information already in your account. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.

Confirm anything important with the school, conference, or governing body before relying on it. When our Assistant does not have reliable information, it says so instead of guessing and can arrange a follow-up from a member of our team.

The site design, guides, benchmarks, templates, reports, and software are owned by or licensed to RS Recruiting and are protected by law. You may print and use material for your own family's recruiting process; you may not republish or sell it.

College and coach listings are compiled from publicly available information and imported reference data so families have one place to look. Missing or unverified entries are labeled as such, and listings are provided for convenience, not as an endorsement either way.

Ideas and feedback you send us can be used to improve the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent the law allows, RS Recruiting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, or lost data, arising out of your use of the Services — even if we were told a loss was possible.

Our total liability for any claim connected to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Where the law sets a higher floor, that floor applies.

You agree to defend and hold RS Recruiting and its founders harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Services, the content you submit, or your breach of these Terms.

You can stop using the Services and cancel a subscription at any time. We can suspend or end access if you break these Terms, if we must do so by law, or if continuing creates a security or privacy risk. After an account closes, we handle the record as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. For material changes affecting an active account, we will give reasonable notice on the site or by email. Using the Services after the effective date means you accept the update.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires something different.

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
