We collect real information because recruiting runs on real information — a player's grades, measurables, video and conversations with coaches. This policy says exactly what we keep, who can see it, and how to get it changed or deleted.
01. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information RS Recruiting Blueprint (Robinson & Sheppard) ("RS Recruiting," "we," "us") collects when you visit rsrecruitingblueprint.com, start a Reality Check, use the RS Recruiting Assistant, create a Command Center or family account, apply for The Recruiting Accelerator, or become a partner or coach. It also explains how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We are the organization responsible for this information. Contact: info@rsrecruitingblueprint.com.
02. Information we collect
Information you give us
Whatever you type into a form, a chat, a booking, an application, or your account. That typically includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, your location or region, and — for a player — grade or graduation year, positions, high school, academic details, statistical and measurable information, video links, target schools, program goals, and any notes you add. Coach and partner submissions include the professional details you provide about that program or business.
Information collected automatically
We record how the site is used: pages viewed, which calls to action were clicked, when a Reality Check or application was started and completed, checkout events, and chat transcripts. Each browser gets a random visitor identifier and a per-visit session identifier stored in your browser's local and session storage. We also capture the campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the referring page, the landing page, and any partner referral code, so we know which content actually helps families.
Payment information
Card numbers are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We keep the billing record — what plan you bought, when, how much, whether it renewed, refunded or was canceled — and the last four digits and expiry where Stripe returns them so support can recognize the charge. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information from other sources
Publicly available college and coach information and imported reference lists, which make up the college and coach directories. If you arrive through a partner's link or referral code, we associate your visit with that partner.
03. How we use information
- To deliver what you asked for: run the Reality Check, hold your player profile, produce reports, maintain your target list and outreach tracking.
- To run the relationship: reply to you, send portal invitations, receipts, reports and reminders, and let the RS staff member assigned to your family see the record they need.
- To measure and improve the site: see which guides, pages and offers genuinely help, and where families get stuck.
- To keep the Services working and safe: prevent abuse, debug errors, protect accounts, and enforce our Terms.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations, such as tax and financial records for payments.
05. Cookies, identifiers, and tracking
We use our own storage in your browser rather than advertising cookies. A random visitor identifier persists in local storage so the same person's journey is counted once; a session identifier lives only for that visit; the campaign tags from your first page are kept so later conversions can be credited to the right source.
We do not load third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixels on this site. We do request web fonts from Google, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.
You can clear your browser's stored site data at any time. That removes the identifiers, and the site will create new ones on your next visit — nothing breaks, but your earlier browsing will no longer connect to your later browsing.
06. College coaches and staff
Our directories hold professional contact information for college baseball coaches and staff, compiled from publicly available sources and imported reference data. It is used so families can find and contact the right program, and it is labeled whenever a detail is missing or unverified.
If you are a coach or athletic staff member and a listing about you is wrong, out of date, or should not appear, email info@rsrecruitingblueprint.com and we will correct or remove it.
07. How long we keep information
Family and player records are kept while the relationship is active — while an account is open, while recruiting is in progress, or while a program is being fulfilled — and afterwards for as long as we have a legitimate reason, such as financial and tax records or a written request from the family to hold the file. Chat transcripts and outreach logs are kept with the record they belong to. Usage analytics are kept to measure the site and are not tied to your identity once the analysis is aggregated. When there is no reason left to keep something, we delete or anonymize it.
08. How we protect information
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to records is restricted to authenticated staff and to the accounts that own them, with role-based permissions so an advisor sees only the families assigned to them. Passwords are stored in hashed form, invitations and reset links are single-use and expire, and administrative actions on access are logged.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security — which is exactly why the choices below are yours to use.
09. Your choices and rights
Email info@rsrecruitingblueprint.com from the address on your account and tell us what you want. We may need to confirm it is really you before we change or delete a record. You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about your family and provide a copy of it.
- Correct anything inaccurate — a graduation year, a phone number, a measurable, a school.
- Delete personal information that is no longer needed, where deletion does not conflict with a legal obligation.
- Provide your information in a portable format so you can move it elsewhere.
- Stop sending marketing messages, without affecting necessary transactional email.
- Cancel a subscription, close an account, or remove a player's record when recruiting ends.
You can also update most details yourself inside the Command Center, and manage your card, invoices and cancellation in the billing portal on your account page. If you are in a region with additional privacy rights, including the right to object, restrict, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, those rights still apply and we will honor a request made under them.
10. Families and minors
Our Services are built for families, and most of the players we work with are teenagers. Account creation, portal invitations, and outreach decisions run through a parent or guardian, and we ask that a player's information be submitted by an adult in the family rather than by the player alone.
A parent or guardian can review, correct, or ask for removal of a minor's information at any time. We do not use a minor's information for advertising.
11. Where information is processed
RS Recruiting Blueprint operates in the United States, and the providers we use process information in the United States. If you use the site from elsewhere, you understand your information will be handled there.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Services change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the most recent revision. If a change materially affects how we use an active family's information, we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect.
13. Contact
Questions about this policy, or a request about your family's information: info@rsrecruitingblueprint.com. Include the email used on your account and, if it helps, the player's name and graduation year, so we can find the right record.
