Before You Book
How long is the session?
Typically 60–90 minutes with both coaches. Follow-up written report is delivered within one week.
Do we need video first?
You can book before video is ready. Our intake form will walk you through what to submit.
Is this for parents or players?
Both. The session is designed for the whole family so everyone is aligned coming out of it.
What if we want ongoing support?
